Hotel Information The Shamrock Festival Housing Request Form has been updated with all 2010 housing options and posted below. Teams should submit their Housing Request Forms with their entry fees on or after December 1st. Tournament Director Tamalyn Tanis is again coordinating with all the best area hotels and has reserved large room blocks for this year’s Shamrock Festival. She will allocate these rooms to accepted teams based on your housing requests just like she did last year. This process has been instituted to ensure that teams not accepted into the tournament do not reserve hotel rooms that prevent entered teams from getting their needed rooms. This protects the teams in the tournament as well as the hotels who want to make sure that all of their rooms are occupied for the weekend. To be clear, this is not a “Stay and Play” policy and teams do not have to go through us for their housing arrangements. There are other area hotels that we choose not to work with and if you wish to stay at a hotel that is not on our list then please feel free to contact them directly.
